The Ingle Family: Building a Life of Passion and Purpose

The Ingle family—Kyle, Jena, and their four energetic boys, Carson (12), Jacob (8),
Kaden (5), and Jaxon (2)—have found their home in Westfield, IN, along with their two beloved dogs, Jocko (a Doberman) and Cindy Lou (a French Bulldog). Their journey is one of lifelong connections, bold leaps of faith, and a shared commitment to creating a
meaningful life.
Kyle and Jena’s story goes back to 1995, when they were just kids themselves, playing the roles of ring bearer and flower girl in a family wedding. Though they grew up in different parts of town —Kyle in the small farm town of North Liberty and Jena on the west side of South Bend—their paths would cross again years later in a way neither could have predicted.
After high school, life took them in different directions. Jena pursued her education at a local community college, where she discovered a passion for radio, eventually becoming a midday DJ for a rock station. Kyle, on the other hand, enlisted in the army during his senior year of high school, left for basic training shortly after graduation, and was deployed overseas to both Korea and Iraq.
Reflecting on his military experience, Kyle shares, “I went directly into the military in 2008 when I graduated high school. I spent four and a half years bouncing around the globe— Iraq, Korea, and back to the United States for a short while—earning the rank of sergeant. During that time, I started to understand what leadership was. Camaraderie, brotherhood, all of these things were so important to me.” It was during a brief two-week leave from his deployment in Iraq that the couple’s love story truly began. On December 15, 2010, Kyle reached out to Jena, and the two reconnected over dinner.
“We hadn’t seen each other since we were kids, but a military man who couldn’t stay long seemed safe enough,” says Jena with a laugh. “What started as a simple evening with an old friend quickly turned into a deep connection, and we’ve been inseparable ever since.”

After Kyle’s return from Iraq, the couple married and moved to Colorado, where Kyle was stationed. However, the military lifestyle proved challenging for Jena, and they decided to return to Indiana to start their family. Kyle transitioned out of the military, and the couple welcomed their first son. Kyle explains, “”That leadership experience led me into entrepreneurship. My wife and I built a health and nutrition company, and over the years, Jena took the reins, which gave me the freedom to explore real estate. I wanted to use what I’d learned—both in the military and in business—to help others, not just in buying or selling homes but also by inspiring other agents.”

Aaron graduated from Indiana University in 2004 with a degree in Finance and has spent the past 17 years working for Ducharme McMillen & Associates. “I’ve been fortunate to have a stable and fulfilling career,” Aaron says. His long-standing role at the company has allowed him to grow professionally while staying rooted in the Westfield community, where the couple has lived since 2013.

Outside of their careers, the Stouts are committed to making the most of their free time together, filling their days with outdoor activities and family bonding. From hiking and biking to playing soccer in the yard and basketball in the driveway, they’re always on the move. “We’re an active family,” Stefani explains. “Whether we’re exploring the trails or heading to the golf course, we love being outdoors and staying engaged as a family.” Grand Junction Plaza is a favorite hangout for the Stouts, where they participate in local events and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

Beyond their love for the outdoors, the family is a house divided when it comes to sports, adding extra excitement to their activities. Finley and Stefani proudly wear their black and gold as Purdue fans, while Aaron and Beckham cheer on the Hoosiers. Their home also splits on NFL Sundays, with Stefani and Finley rooting for the Colts and Aaron and Beckham donning Bengals gear. “It’s a fun rivalry,” Aaron says. “It keeps things interesting, especially when football season is in full swing.”

In addition to their personal pursuits, the Stouts have made service to others a central part of their lives. Stefani volunteers extensively through her role at Kinetic, working with organizations like Gleaners, The Hope Center, and Carmel Parks & Rec. Her commitment to giving back extends to her organization of an annual Adopt-A-Family program at Carey Ridge The Stout Family: DIY Projects, Family Fun, and Community Spirit Elementary, which supports 10 families each year during the holiday season.
Aaron also takes an active role in the neighborhood, serving as president of the Walnut Ridge HOA, where he helps ensure the smooth operation of their community. His involvement extends to a golf league at Prairie View Golf Course, where he enjoys the camaraderie and competition.
Their kids are just as active, following in their parents’ footsteps by staying engaged in both school and extracurricular activities. Finley, a third-grader at Carey Ridge Elementary, is rehearsing for her first musical, Matilda, with Point Theater, set to perform at Marian University in October. She’s also participating in the Carey Ridge Singers choir and is looking forward to playing basketball this winter. Beckham, in kindergarten at Carey Ridge, is playing soccer with Indy Eleven and flag football with WYSI at Grand Park. His love for sports, especially European soccer, shines through—this summer, the family took him to see Celtic play Chelsea at Notre Dame. The family also includes a pet turtle, Fred. “Finley had a persuasive writing assignment –
persuading us to get a pet turtle,” says Stefani with a smile.

The early years were full of trial and error as Kyle sought fulfillment in a civilian career, and Jena realized that the unpredictable hours of radio life weren’t conducive to being a new mom. It wasn’t until they stumbled into network marketing with Herbalife that they found a path that aligned with their passion for helping others. Through hard work and consistency, they turned a side hustle into a full-time business, learning valuable lessons about entrepreneurship and resilience along the way.
“We brought our son with us to events and client appointments and truly put our heart and soul into the business,” says Jena. “There were a lot of late nights and early mornings. Lessons learned during the journey of entrepreneurship are ones you can’t read about. They’re real, they’re raw, and they make people who they are. We were able to build an incredible team of people within this business, which allowed us to find our passion for helping people in other industries.” Today, eleven years later, Kyle and Jena have built a life they love—one focused on family, faith, and fitness. Kyle has transitioned into a thriving real estate career, where he’s known as “The Realtor on Social Media.” However, behind the social media accounts and the professional titles gained are a couple of kids who decided to take a chance on each other, on life, and on opportunities that were so scary but actually worked out. “As his wife, I am SO proud of Kyle and what he’s been building,” says Jena with a smile. “When he took the leap of faith to initiate this real estate project, he told me he wanted to be a difference maker. He wanted to professionalize the industry and create an example for other agents to follow. He truly leads with his heart, and I believe that is why he’s been so successful within our community. His success isn’t just measured in transactions; Kyle donates a portion of every commission check to causes of the client’s choice that align with some of our family core values – supporting kids, animals, and veterans in need. So far, his donations have reached nearly $20,000, and we’ve got so much more coming.” For the Ingles, family is at the core of everything they do. Moving to Westfield in 2019 without any immediate family nearby was a bold decision, but one that has enriched their lives. “We’ve found a community here that feels like family,” Jena says. The Ingles have created a network of friends who look out for one another, even listing each other as emergency contacts for their kids at school. “It’s the life we’ve always dreamed of,” Jena adds. When they’re not working, the Ingles spend their days soaking up family time—whether it’s exploring the outdoors, staying active with their boys, or simply enjoying the family friendly atmosphere that drew them to Westfield in the first place.
Adding to the dynamic of their household is their 19-year-old au pair, Lucia (Lucy), from Germany. “She’s with us for an entire year as part of our family, experiencing our
community and helping us with the kiddos,” says Jena. “She’s incredible!” The Ingles have welcomed Lucy as an integral part of their day-to-day life, deepening their appreciation for different cultures and creating a warm, supportive environment for their children. “We’re raising four boys with the goal of shaping them into men who will make a positive difference in the world,” Jena says. “It’s not always easy, but we’re intentional about instilling values like hard work, discipline, faith, family, fitness, love, compassion and inclusion.” While life isn’t always perfect, Kyle and Jena focus on finding joy in each day. As Jena puts it, “How we live and what we do to bring light to others is what really matters. Everything else is just icing on the cake.”
